Cottages & efficiencies are rented weekly
in June, July, and August
- Families
or individuals over 21 only.
- Balance
due at Check-In. You are required to pay for the full
time you have reserved. Balance must be made by VISA,
MasterCard, Discover or cash. No checks.
- All
cottages & efficiencies equipped with stove, refrigerator,
pots, pans, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, & cable
T.V.

- Additional
Person (Cottages 2-7 only) No more than one additional
person is allowed - $12.00 per day - $60.00 per week.
- Check for your belongings before you leave. We do not return items left.
- All
units have a one vehicle parking space, except cottage 3 has
two spaces.
- No boat or trailer parking available.

- All
cancellations are subject to $25.00 cancellation fee
- A minimum of two weeks notice of cancellation required for refund of required deposit.
- In the event there is mandatory hurricane evacuation, we will issue refunds ONLY for the days the evacuation is in effect.
- Rates
do not include the required North Carolina rental tax.
- Minimum
of one third deposit required to secure weekly reservation. Minimum of one night deposit required for less than one week.
- No
Pets allowed on premises.
