due at Check-In. You are required to pay for the full
time you have reserved. Balance must be made by VISA,
MasterCard, Discover or cash.

cottages & efficiencies equipped with stove, refrigerator,
pots, pans, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, & cable
T.V.

- Additional
Person (Cottages 2-7 only) No more than one additional
person is allowed - $10.00 per day - $50.00 per week.
- All
units have one parking space, except cottage 3 has
two spaces.
- No boat or trailer parking available.

cancellations are subject to $20.00 cancellation fee
- A minimum of two weeks notice of cancellation required for refund of required deposit.
- Rates
do not include the required North Carolina rental tax.
- Minimum
of one third deposit required to secure weekly reservation. Minimum of one night deposit required for less than one week.
- No
Pets allowed on premises.
